Scarlet, a girl who pursues her love of anime secretly with a gym addiction, and Edgar, a tech inventor who’s always looking to make his greatest work, make a super suit together based on their shared love of anime and cartoons. They go out to test their creation when they unknowingly attack the headquarters of a fish woman, Ula, who’s created a successful lifestyle/business off of dubious methods, becoming Ula’s number 1 target for petty revenge.
